Ballymun Road Apartments
Period house on Ballymun Road, Glasnevin Dublin The refurbishment and repair of early Georgian house (c1720’s) and the construction of a new contemporary 35sqm rear extension to form a single 4,000 sq.ft. Family dwelling. The building contained some unique and rarely seen mid-18th century timber screen walls and woodwork.
Celbridge Housing
Affordable housing, Celbridge, Co. Kildare The construction of 14 no. detached, two storey, four bed roomed houses and associated site works and boundary treatments in association with Kildare County Council.
Divine Master Liturgy Centre, Dublin
This Liturgy Centre in south Dublin houses 15 nuns, a liturgy centre open to the public and facilities to make the artefacts sold in their shop. This project took 2 years from initial instruction to occupation.
Our clients are convinced it was divine inspiration whereas we are convinced it was our ability to deliver.

Residential Development, Elton Park, Dun Laoghaire 15 no. apartments in two blocks, varying from 1,750 to a 2,500 sq. ft. penthouse apartment and including a 3 bed duplex unit. Parking and storage units were provided in the Basement.

Kavanagh House, Harbour Road, Dalkey A new detached two storey residential dwelling located to the rear of their existing detached house. It was designed such that as the client got older, movement around the house was easy. The bedrooms were on the ground floor and the living/reception rooms on the first floor.
Kildare Estates
Alexander Walk, Clane Co. Kildare for Kildare Estates This is a development of a green field site on the banks of the Liffey providing 139 residential units, 3 & 4 bedroom houses, and 2 bed apartments. A new park was provided along the river.
Leonard Carroll
Leonard Carroll House, Rush, Co. Dublin A, 4 bedroom detached family house designed around its seaside location, making use of the wonderful light throughout the day.
